Tow/Haul button failed on truck (broken signal wire from shifter to column). I had fixed the same issue previously by splicing, but this break didn't leave sufficient room to splice again so I replaced the arm. This is a simple "bolt-in" installation for an experienced DIY repair guy, but would be tougher for someone not comfortable in home auto repair (still not difficult). I suspect the wire will break again in another 12 years or so but I'll probably be dead by then and won't care! ;-) I'm happy with the quality and the price.

Was able to get the tow haul mode back in my 00 silverado. The boot was very worn on my 400k mile truck too so this helped restore that.

2001 Yukon worked very well. Had to rotate the clip on cable stay so the wire would run to the inside. Used the original torx screw to hold it in place. The boot was a bit loose at the groove where it is suppose to sit. Thinking about putting a cable tie to hold it in the slot, not too worried about it. All and all it is a great buy and works as it should.
