A good thing to know is these brackets are designed for a Nightster style dash which is the only way for a direct replacement of the two parts. If you have a Custom like I did I had to change my wiring harness, order the speedometer seal, plastic gear indicator, backing plate, and you’ll need two little screws for the plastic mount. Overall product is good quality.

Bolted right up to a 99 sportster xl 883 had to do a couple small modifications to get every thing to fit but over all pretty happy with it.

Does not actually fit 03 Sportster as indicated using bike selection… Has 7 indicator light spots when 03 Sportster has 5. Fits perfectly but those holes for the indicators don’t work. Please TRIPLE CHECK your indicators!

I bought my Harley with the speedometer mounted on the lower left side of the handlebars. I came to HATE that setup so I bought this relocation kit - it was very easy to install and now my speedometer is in the center of the handlebars where it belongs!!!!!!

The bracket functions exactly as it should. Seems durable and positioned with a good view of the speedometer even while wearing a helmet.

(99 sportster 1200)Product looks to be made out of good aluminum material. I chose this Product knowing I would have to modify it for my application. I had some bur bits at home, and shaved away material until everything fit properly for my set up. I then added some material to fill up the voids on each end. The way I cut the housing still allows me to plug/unplug the lights from the bezel as from factory. No modification were made to my harness. (99 sportster 1200 c)
