Bought these for a basketball themed birthday party all the kids love them they are plastic but the necklace part is a cheap metal they came all in a bag together so they were quite a bit Tangled that took some time to untangle them that was kind of irritating but the price was good for the amount we got

These were very poorly made. They were made with clear stickers attached to the black plastic background. The stickers were bubbled and some were peeling. The only reason I ga e 2 stars was because a few were ok.
