The pinch collar is a great way to walk our big dogs and stop them from pulling. These are so much easier to take off and put on than the ones that don’t have a latch. The c-large ones are very heavy and sturdy.

I like the clasp, easy on easy off. I have a husky mix and the only collar that worked on her when training was a prong collar. I adopted a dachshund mix only 13 lbs and he pulls bad on regular collar, or harness. Then adopted a terrier mix also pulls hard on regular collar and harness. So I got this prong collar for terrier. OMG immediate response and is walking with me not pulling. So I put on dachshund, although too big on him, he also immediately stopped pulling and walks with me. I had also tried the gentle leader on my dachshund but he never got used to it in house so never used on walks

I really like this collar. I have a similar one that I bought at a boutique pet store, and it is not as good. This one has a clasp opening. I know my dog hates it when the prongs have to go over her face and eyes to put the collar on. This is a great innovation.Also, I like the plastic covers on the prongs. It lets the collar pull without pushing too hard into the skin. The one I bought from the store did not have covers, and it was an issue.I also like the heavier weight of this collar. That extra weight - even without the prongs - helps settle my dog. Also, the links don't twist too much on this collar - perhaps because the length of the links is shorter because the clasp is in the middle, so the amount of room to get all twisted is less. On my size collar, it is 4 links on either side of the clasp. Again, great innovation.This is a great collar. Also comes with extra links and extra prong covers.

The clasp came undone when my dog was pulling. It was locked but still came undone and my dog was loose!

I was very pleased with the prong collar - good design, quality material and a great value. It was fully assembled with the protective tips already attached on the tips. The buckle allows ease of putting the collar on the dog and the placement of the buckle is the best position for preventing injury to the dog's larynx.
