The leads are all intact and LONG at 4". I love the colorful packages. What a delightful touch. This is a lifetime (or more!) of lead at an incredible price. Thank you, Mr. Pen.

I love how this comes with a ton of lead. Now I can refill my cute pencil. And I don't feel so bad when I press too hard and break a tip because I have way more the the normal 20 in a refill box.

The lead is a wee bit long for asStandard mechanical pencil, so I break a wee bit off; but this lead is extremely clean! I absolutely love it! For the price you get a ton and it’s just fantastic not to mention the adorable cases! I also appreciated the thank you note. That doesn’t happen a lot on Amazon! As a matter of fact, I think this was the absolute first time! I will be a repeat order.

Better be sure what grade of lead you want because you will have a lifetime supply. It wouldn't have hurt my feeling if the lead had been softer. An assortment would have been good.

Wow, when did lead packages get so big? I thought I was receiving standard size packs (about 1/2 inch x 2 inch). These are enormous! For $4.99, I just bought enough pencil lead to last me the rest of my life. Literally! :DWrites smooth. This artist is happy.
