I really like this little mixer, but the plug cover broke off after a week of use, and 2 charges. It is very flimsy and a poor design for a plug cover. The mixer is great though. I had a no hassle return and replacement so I am hopeful the new mixer plug cover will not break this time. I was very careful with the first one, but it just snapped off. Very poor design on the cover.Update. After 4 months the blender stopped taking a charge and does not work, I have contacted the seller and was told it had a 12-moth warranty. I requested a replacement but am getting the run around. I am doubtful about getting a replacement and am very disappointed.12-9-2022 New Update: After several messages back and forth with the seller and customer service and videos I sent, customer service has kindly said they will send me a replacement blender. I am very happy with that solution and am glad they stand behind their product. It is a very nice little blender and I have missed using it. I will recommend this blender and company to my friends. The blender just stopped working recently and simply won't turn on. I don't know if using a fast charger broke it or not, but it just doesn't work anymore. Charging it with a slow charger doesn't work either so I was wondering if I can get some help with it.

I've seen these for sale everywhere. Liked low price.But need to charge up if haven't used or after every use because a powdered protein & water smoothie doesn't even seem to have enough when charged and need even more to clean (tap water and a drop of dish soap) kinda need to recharge and still the small crevaces inside below the blades don't get cleaned ...
