I was using another line for my toddler but her skon is so sensitive that i had to find another brand. This product is wonderful and really helps with her dry winter skin.

Our son has a cranial therapy helmet and requires daily bathing. We switched to using this cleansing gel when his previous baby wash wasn't tackling the helmet hair smell, and was leaving his skin too dry with daily use.This cleansing gel is gentle and does the job, it gets rid of the stinky smell in his hair with one wash, and doesn't seem to irritate or dry out his skin.If I could take 1/2 a star off for the smell of the product, I would. It's unscented and just has a mildly unpleasant aroma, but I find it doesn't stay with the baby after bath time. It is just while using the gel that I notice the odorand that's easy enough to overlook.

Love it. It’s a gentle product for my normal skin baby. no foaming (in the body) , but I don't dislike it because it does the job.

I'm not a fan of the scent. It really has no scent. I can't describe the scent it sort of has. It's just not the best smell. It washes and cleans nicely. Not tons of soap suds or bubbles. It's not a thick or creamy liquid. It's clear and on the thin side. It does lather well. Safe for my baby's skin and eyes. Doesn't leave any residue. I wanted a soap that was gentle on her skin and one that wouldn't leave her skin dry. It's expensive for baby soap compared to other brands. You are paying for natural and plant based products. I'm willing to spend more for safe products for my little one. I'm happy with body and hair wash. It would be nice if it had a better smell. I'm sure they could add something for it to be pleasant. My baby has no smell after bath. Good product

I try to buy safe products for my children. After doing research I purchased this because it doesn’t have all the bad chemicals!!! I have been looking into my kids products and I was disappointed to find out that even the products that claim to be organic have toxic ingredients in them!!! This product doesn’t have any harmful chemicals. I will continue to use this on my baby and son

Hard to find good baby wash that will not irritate skin. I was gifted a mustela set when I had my son, It lasted us a year! when I ran out I went to another brand that we had gotten as a gift and my son got a rash and cradle cap back! Immediately ordered this soap again and no issues since!

I love this brand I was so excited to find out they had a refill for the product that I buy. It has the same quality as buying a brand new one but this way I can fill any container I want with this refill.

Heard great things about mustela as a brand. I don’t have any complaints as such but don’t feel like buying again. Also I don’t like the smell.
