First off, the mask itself is BEAUTIFUL, wonderfully crafted, it feels like good quality, the shape works for multiple face shapes, wonderful mask.But it can’t stay up. The ribbon is too smooth to be tied tightly, and it’s connected to the mask on the surface of the back, which makes me hesitant to pull it too tightly in the first place.Basically, the mask is great but the ribbon doesn’t work

it just did not look right on me. I tried to return it the next day, unused, but no matter what option for why I returned it , it did not allow me to do so.I am updating this reviewThe company reached out to me and fixed the problem. A full refund was issuedSince they dealt with the problem immediately, and the mask really was nice, just not for me,I revised my rating

I didn't realize it was non-returnable. This mask is pretty, but very hard and uncomfortable. It doesn't stay on your face because it a little too heavy. Make sure you want this mask because you will not be able to return it.

It is a very sturdy mask. The wing details are made out of some metal, the mask is light and made out of thicker, smooth plastic. It sits very comfortably on my face and I had no problems with the straps. I was genuinely very surprised by the quality, definitely worth it for the price
