Ordered for a car camping trip to use on a top of a folding camp cot that is not comfortable.I slept on it on the cot last night (in my house) to give it a good judgement and it was super comfortable. I slept really well. It has elastic to hold it to the corners of the cot and it stayed in place perfectly.I did take it camping earlier but because it dropped into the low 30s and I didn't have a good enough sleeping bag with me I felt that wasn't a good use case. I ended up pulling it into the backseat of my car half folded up and slept on it that way, but it was *not* how it was intended to be used. BUT it held up fine to that particular abuse.For now at least I am very happy with it, will edit if that changes.

I should have thought of it before I bought it but unfortunitly like every other pillow, blanket or other item like that they get vaccume sealed before shipment. I know this is done to cut down on packing size but it KILLS ANY fluff or cousion that the product was meant to have. This is NOT the moderately supportive pad in the pic, it arrives looking half the thickness. When I tried it on my cot it was as if there wasn't anything between me and the plywood underneath! It's as if you're buying this item having already been worn down and flattened!

This mattress topper for the cot makes it very comfortable to sleep on. I use it when I go to my son’s house so as not to displace my granddaughter. I’m able to turn and change positions easily, the elastic straps keep the mattress in place.
