I ordered these last month after my plum tree ripened so that I could make leather from the pulp after I steam juiced the plums for jelly. They worked beautifully. No warping as some have noted and they clean up beautifully. I lightly coated each sheet with grape seed oil (you could use whatever oil you like) and then made leather using only 2 ingredients - fruit and honey. No sticking!!! Using these sheets is so much easier and the leather comes out so much more uniform and uses less energy than using the oven. I wish I had purchased these sheets years ago when I first got my dehydrator.Tips for using:1. Spray of brush a very light coating of oil to prevent sticking. They may work without the oil but I didn't want to tempt fate2. Cut your finished product with a pizza cutter. I cut each sheet into 6 roll-ups. I cut in half and them in thirds.3. Place each wedge on waxed paper (why waste expensive parchment when waxed works for these just fine). Roll them from the wide edge to the narrow edge and secure with a twist tie or small band or string. I save twist ties so that was the cheapest and easiest for me.4. Some fruit leather recipes are more sticky feeling than others. I made most of mine with just fruit pulp and homey but I had one batch of leather that I made with the plum pulp, grape flavored Jell-O powder (for variety), and honey. They felt sticky even after they were done so I used my clean hands and dusted a tiny amount of powdered sugar over them to prevent them from sticking to our fingers after they were unrolled.5. Honey works and taste way better than sugar. It also provides a better consistency.6. Have fun and don't be afraid to experiment. I did plain peach and plain plum using only honey for sweetener. I also did peach with flaked coconut. I keep a lot of Jell-O in my pantry and because some of the peaches I was given were not very flavorful (hey - beggars can't be chooser) I did one batch each with raspberry Jell-O and peach Jell-O. They were all divine. When using Jell-O use the same anount of fruit pulp that your box calls for in water. EX: I used 4 cups crushed peaches to one large box of Jell-O because the large size box called for 2 cups boiling water and 2 cups cold water. I heated the fruit and stirred in the Jell-O.7. Place fruit rolls in Ziplock bags for storage in the cupboard for a 2 months at most. I freeze bags of them because I make so much at once when making jelly. A bag only takes a few minutes to thaw and then can be stored in the cupboard.*** If you decide to ever dehydrate apples - try sprinkling them with dry Jell-O powder for dried candy apples. They take longer to dry because I think the Jell-O pulls out more juice but they are divine. I give them as Christmas gifts and everyone raves over them.

Brilliant! I use these Nesco Fruit Roll Sheets in my Nesco Snackmaster Pro and they work fabulously! I have successfully used them to make many fruit rolls and many other sticky items with ease. One of my favorite things to make in a dehydrator is a fruit roll. At first, I tried making them with very healthy ingredients only. These Fruit Roll Sheets work great because they have a raised lip on the side that holds all of the liquid in the tray, but also allows air to vent around the edges of your trays. I have filled them all the way up before and had no issues with spillage or leakage. My tip is to fill the fruit roll tray while it is already sitting in the harder dehydrator tray. This makes it much easier to carry with out losing any. Those first few batches of rolls were more like brittle candies. Without some fat or sugar, everything just hardened to a crisp and shattered into pieces when you tried to roll it up. Then, I found the solution online... add sugar. Well, I am all about adding sugar! haha If you use just a bit of corn syrup in your fruit rolls, they will roll up so beautifully and easily and look just like a store bought fruit roll. They are a huge hit here at home and everyone that I share them with just loves them. Thanks to these fruit roll sheets!

I've had an American Harvest snack master dehydrator for a couple of years. It came with one rollup tray. I love fruit rollups and have made over 400 but could never find more trays for this machine because it's a little smaller than the others. So I used parchment paper in my other trays which worked but not as well. I purchased another dehydrator because I had several friends pay me to dry a case of peaches into rollups and 3 cases of pears into slices and rollups and needed another machine. when I looked at the Nesco it was the same size trays as the one I had and listed things purchased with it. There was someone who sold rollup trays the size I needed at a price I liked. These trays make rollups easy and would suggest to anyone purchasing a dehydrator to use them. Want an easy rollup recipe? Mix whatever fruit your doing, ie: peaches, strawberrys, rasberrys, bannanas, etc with equal parts of applesauce in your blender. You can even use sugar free applesuace. The applesauce keeps the other fruit from craking. Works great. I used a whole case of peaches to 16 jars of applesauce to make 127 rollups. If you mix the fruit with the applesauce it can stay in the fridge for 10-12 days before drying. I didn't waste one bit of the peaches since I used the skin. Just clean them well take out the pit cut it up put it in the blender and then the tray. Hope this helps.

The same size clean-a-screen sheets had a snug fit with my Ronco Beef Jerky Machine from the late 1990's so I then purchased these fruit roll-up sheets as well. They have an even tighter (but still doable) fit than the clean-a-sheets. I gently pushed the lip of these sheets around its circumference into the dehydrator tray and they are good to go without any warping. The quality of these sheets are good and expect good performance. Note, if you absolutely must have perfectly fitted sheets, order from the Ronco site. They are more pricey so I am sticking with these Nesco products.

Bought a dehydrator and wanted to make fruit jerky and grabbed these. I wish the sides were a bit higher but overall these did the job. Just had to be careful about making sure the dehydrator was level before putting tray in.If you use these, I’d recommend also getting some precut parchment sheets for this, as sometimes, even with greasing the sheet, it can cause foods to stick instead of sliding off.But overall it’s a good product and would buy again when I need more.

I've got one for every tray in my Nesco FD-75A dehydrator, include the additional trays I've bought for it. I dehydrate a lot of wet meals for backcountry camping trips, such as chili, Chana masala and pasta sauce, and these work great. There's just enough of a lip to hold the food to the depth I would ever go to, and they seem quick good for not sticking too.

The two plastic discs I received for my dehydrator were greatly overpriced. If I'd known they were going to be so basic, I would have bought some plastic sheeting from the DIY store and made my own.

Recently bought a dehydrator that didn't come with a sheet like this so I was so glad I found this! It fits very well with my dehydrator, and for the price it is very reasonable. Plus, quite easy to clean and the sheet itself feels very durable for long term use!
