It does get a little hot but charged fast so it makes sense. I am sure you have heard the story my dog ate my homework, well my dog ate my original cord. This is a great replacement.

I purchased this to replace my laptop cord that barely lasted a year. I appreciate that the cord has the fabric wrapping round the cord and doesn't flop around a lot. It also fits snuggly into my computer. I would purchase this again.

When my laptop stopped working, I went through all the usual trouble shooting and ordered a new charger cable when nothing worked.The cable arrived today and my problem was solved!

purchased this october 2024, and worked fine up until the middle to end of december. the tip of the cord has ripped/been exposed somehow and now won't hold the charge unless held a certain way or left at a certain angle. I barely even moved it! I leave the end plugged in the outlet most of the time and use it for my devices that take usbc, but never was rough with or charged things while bent or anything. disappointing :(

Honestly loved this when it was working! I kept it plugged in by my bed, and it worked to charge my switch, phone, and laptop. I work from home 2 days a week so it was getting used most days. But it does not hold up. I've had it about 4 months. Now when I plug it in I have to wiggle it around till it starts to charge. I took a picture of the end of the cable because it looks fine. There's a little fraying but nothing that would explain why it charges on and off.I'm going to reach out to get it replaced as it is still under warranty 🤞

I had to order this rapidly as my laptop charger completely stopped working out of nowhere and i needed my laptop to work on finals. This came quickly and worked perfectly, charges my laptop really fast and the battery lasts unlike my previous cord. Very easy to use, it’s a little stiff when you first get it but like all my other cords with time it’ll even out and become easier to maneuver. I have the HP pavilion envy and it registers it as one of its own cords so it’s very compatible. It gets a little warm when in use but nothing too crazy.
