fThis is a heavy duty and just plain heavy sharp too, way more than is necessary to turn anything in the skillet. Cuts fish into serving sizes no problem--very sharp.

This Flipper is easy on the wristsyet aggressive enough to smash through a half thawed pound of hamburger. The metal construction is definitely sturdy... I recommend this item!
