The furnace worked as needed. Install was a little problem due to the LG port was in the front and not the rear, as the old one had. It has a plastic squirrel cage fan instead of metal. One customer had that melt. Ours works good for now, however I did purchase the 3 yr warranty. Heated RV great on the last trip.

This 35 was a wholesale replacement and, although it had some improvements from the old unit, the obvious design flaw is replacing the metal squirrel cage with a plastic one. Original swap went fine. A week after burning the plastic cage disintegrated. Had to remove the new unit and swap out the plastic junk with the old unit's metal one. This essentially required surgery and two installs. It now works fine. I contacted the seller and they offered nothing.

When we first got the furnace it worked for about 18 hours before it wouldn’t ignite anymore. Turned out it was a loose wire… it worked for about 10 hours and….. it doesn’t ignite …. Again… I’m thinking we should’ve went through the dealership for this one.
