I absolutely love my slicer. It makes the job much easier BUT as careful as I try to be I always end up cutting my fingers. The blade is super sharp, which is great but also the little plate where the veggies slide off of the machine is sharp enough to cut your hand if you don’t use a rag to protect your skin.

Overall, this unit works surprisingly well for the price. That being said, you are getting what you pay for. First off, the instructions and labeled stickers on the unit are all in Chinese and therefore you will have to figure out how to use the unit by trial and error. The unit is VERY difficult to clean and food gets trapped in all the many nooks and crannies. All things considered, however, for the price, you will get your money's worth from this little workhorse.

Makes cutting onions so much faster helping to cut labor and product waste. Easy to clean. We love this slicer. Much better than manual slicers.
