My daughters 2001 rx300 had the dreaded failed knock sensor. As most know it is a pain to replace. So I bought this and relocated the knock sensor to the engine mount. It’s works well enough. Still has the second knock sensor not functional but the car runs and drives fine. If you look up on YouTube you can find this “hack†how to replace the knock sensor. It not too difficult if your handy with tools. Beats pulling the intake manifold off.

Product installed as advertised, but failed in less than a day and I have to now tear my engine apart to replace the faulty product.

I was a bit concerned about installing aftermarket parts on a Toyota I've had issues in the past. I installed the knock sensors and harness on this 2002 Avalon with no more check engine light. For almost 1/4 of the price of dealer parts.

I installed these two knock sensors on my 2002 Toyota Camry. They didn't work. After spending hours taking off the manifold and everything around it, I had to uninstall these sensors. I ordered a dorman knock sensor and installed them. They were perfect and no check engine

I don't like that one of sensor or harness wire is bad, either the harness won't stay lock in position.It's show check engine show. Scan tool show knoc sensor1.

One of sensers was defective. So I wired the wiring to work with only one sensrr and its been working fine. I would of been mad if I tore the entire engine down to install these and then put back together and one if them would be defective. But the way I hooked them up on the engine mount and wired both wires to use only one sensor it all worked out..
