Oh my spoiled princess Missy just loves this. I have 2 of them. At the foot of my bed where she lives to lay, I put this in the covers for her and she LOVES it. She will get in it and when it starts warming, she will groom and then she's out like a light. It's funny now because if I don't have this out when she jumps up on the bed, she will literally just stand there, looking at me then the floor, where I keep it under the bed. When I reach under the bed, she squeaks and then moved back to allow room for me to place it. It's VERY easy to understand . The controls are so easy. The heat control is from 1 to 6, I keep it on 3. There is a 4,8,12 and 24 hour timer too. I always keep it on 4 hours. Easy in and off button. It's very very soft and the cover is washable. The power cord is long enough too. This is really a safe and reliable item, that's why I have 2 of them. If you find that your unit is blinking during use, check the plug. I find that when the plug comes loose in the socket, it blinks. It's a nice safety feature. Great item and I have tried 2 other heating pads for my girl and they didn't measure up to the quality of this one. Missy fits perfectly in it too. She's about 11 pounds(a full figured gal) and all of her fits perfectly. It's also pretty too.

We use this in our mudroom for our outside dog. It was perfect for this winter weather where temps dropped to -10 degrees. Temp and timer can both be adjusted. Washable cover and strong, protected cord.

I'm one of those crazy cat ladies (with a supportive husband) who not only has four cats myself, but I also feed the feral cats outside my house. I live in southern Ohio, and our winters fluctuate, but we definitely get the cold weather. I purchased two of these, one for my front porch and one for my deck. I have two primary feral cats that I feed every day, twice a day, and one of them uses the porch one, and the other uses the deck one. They love it! I believe if they could write the review they would give it 5 stars because they cuddle up on it and I'm sure it keeps them warm on those cold days and nights!

This was purchased Dec 3rd. however this was a gift, and now today this is not working, I've tried plugging it into another wall and nothing, seems to be dead? But it appears even tho it did not get used till after Dec 25th, I've ran out of time, I ordered 2 of this product, the other one seems to be fine so far. This was a gift for an older dog but now she has no heating pad, I have no way of reaching the company cos of the expired time line, but for most of Dec this was wrapped up for a gift. Just be careful I guess where you buy, cos some don't back up what they sell!UPDATE: Company has reached out to me and are willing to fix this purchase. This also I have learned has a 12 month warranty which I didn't see. I'm glad as my pets rely on this pad to help them to feel better and ease their pain!Thank you Carol

My kitties don't like to cuddle or sit very close to each other except when it comes to their "warmy pad" Then all bets are off!I purposely waited to write this review until they'd used it for a while so it'd be honest and best reflect its longevity.I can definitely say this pet heating pad is all around amazing!!!It's very sturdy, easy to clean and I love the timer and adjustable temperature (although there's only two heat settings we use and they're the two lowest ones!)I did catch them chewing the cord a few times in the beginning so having the plastic cover is a relief! My female cat tends to throw up so the washable cover made cleaning a breeze. I do wish the cover was a tad thicker however I top it with a knit baby blanket and that has been just right (as seen in the pictures)I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a pet heating pad. It's lasted us all this time AND is still going strong- even with a lot of use.

My kitties give these pads 5 stars. They sleep on them all the time. I really like that there are different heat settings-and none of the settings are too hot. I also like that the soft cover is easily washable. Great choice to keep indoor pets warm and cozy during cold weather.

I've purchased two of these heated mats. The first one worked well for several months and then the controller would start to flash and turn off the heat so I purchased a 2nd one which worked well for several months and now the controller on it is flashing and turning off the heat. I started using the original mat again and it's been working well, with only an occasional flashing controller. I would really like to know what is causing the controller to stop working.

I connected it. I waited for it to heat up. It didn't. By body produced more heat in 2 minutes than the pad did in 30 min

La mia Penny è molto soddisfatta del prodotto, è funzionale con le sue gradazioni e la possibilità di impostare l'orario di spegnimento. La sto' usando nella cuccia all' esterno sotto una veranda e si scalda subito.Veramente un ottimo prodotto.

Product is great; took her a bit to figure out it warms up more once she's on it, but it works well, cat loves the temperature, and seems to be really low maintenance/safe/low energy consumption to keep functionality.
