I don't write tons of reviews as a busy mom but felt this one was a must! My kids love this light so much. It's very comforting and puts stars/moon over the whole room-ceiling and walls. I love the different color options and the choice to have the stars moving.Worth every penny and very affordable as far as these goes.

My kids love the different colors and shapes this displays on their walls. It helps them fall asleep when they start counting the stars and moons. You can also remove the inner film and use it as a night light and choose from different colors. This is a really great product for children.

So for the price, really can’t beat it. It has multiple color options, Multiple patterns, with the clear lens cover you can diffuse it and it’s almost like a nightlight. If you take the clear lens cover off at projects, the Pat pattern onto the entire walls and ceiling of the room which is very cool.. It also will rotate and spin if you want a little extra effect.. the downside is there’s no power off button so you have to unplug it and plug it back in and then hit one of the buttons for it to start working.. It does have a memory setting to come back on where you left it… it also is very cheaply made.. thin plastic cheap.. if you bump it or drop it, everything falls apart and then you have to put it back together but for the price at $12 it’s definitely a good deal and I could buy a bunch of these before I spend $50 on one of the nicer ones.

Our 8 yr old grandson needed a night light for his bedroom. This is perfect. Did not need to worry about a plug in cord as it is run on batteries. Looks great in his room.

I got this for my toddlers room and he loves it. Its pretty easy to use but it does die quickly, so you just have to keep it plugged in. I didn’t want one that had to be plugged in all the time but it is what it is. It’s a cool light withbthough

I have used this for both of my kids and bought it twice. It’s cheap decently durable for the price especially if you keep it out of reach of kids. (Eventually both started to get a slight whirring sound but it’s just very quiet white noise like a ceiling fan. The one that was assaulted repeatedly by a 2yr old had it worse but its still functioning)To encourage sleeping in new places I made sure to turn on this light every night in thier room. (I basically never turn it off. I’m lazy and it runs 24/7 for months.) When we travel I’ll carefully pack it up (the star pattern can get crushed without the cover. The cover never stays on, it’s just a bowl with no real attachment to the light. We don’t bother with it) At night in a new place I’ll turn it on. As long as the room is dark, as far as the kids concerned, the room is the same. They see the same lights rotating in the same way and it’s as comforting as a security blanket. They don’t focus on the wierd shapes or shadows just the rotating stars. It’s bright enough to change a diaper at night. In a hotel room you can change the stars to red and go to sleep with the kids still in the room no issue. Highly recommend

I bought this for my daughters room for Christmas and she LOVES it. She loves that she can have different color stars on the ceiling. It does a great parameter of the entire room and does big and little stars and moons. The colors are very vibrant and pretty. I just wish that it had a timer that would turn it off after so long. We use the plug in to the wall method and it's much better because it does run out of batteries quickly. specially if it's running all night long. my only complaint is that when this item is spinning, it's a little loud. But not loud enough that would make me want to return the item.

The functions for changing colors / lights are complicated. There is no on/off button and you have to switch through all the options to get it to shut off, which is really distracting for the kids before bed. It’s way too bright to be a nightlight and there’s no dim function. The battery life only lasts a few days which is very costly for batteries.It’s also poorly made and really easy to break if the kids touch it.I wouldn’t recommend this product.
