I haven't had it long enough to talk about durability but so far it works as described. The negative about it is that it didn't come with directions but everything seems to be self-explanatory. Once you get the hang of it it's pretty much Jam free every now and then you might get a jam. I like it it helps with people with arthritis the purchase price was reasonable. There's no light to tell you when it's fully charged or when the battery is getting weak.

Long lasting charge. Shuffles cards well. May jam but nothing you can just remove and start over. Helps shuffles card without getting tired especially if you plan a long time.

My wife and I used this to shuffle 2 decks for canasta. It performed great as long as it was charged. That wasn't a problem. After less than 3 months it quit, it now runs very erratically If it does operate. I'll buy another shuffler but not one of these !!

Very efficient! It shuffles more thoroughly than I had expected it to, given its lightweight build. The only drawbacks are that it requires several D batteries and that it has ever so slightly bent, but not creased, some of my cards.
