In each pack you get 4 line holders with each being a different color: Grey, Yellow, Green, and Orange. This is excellent if you want to color code your lines so you can tell which line is which just by color. Also, life gets a little boring when all you have is blue line holders.
Hook Bar For Your Fly
There is a plastic bar to hook your fly on and keeps your fly in the center of the spool protected from getting matted in storage so your fly does not get a bad hair day, like it will get with many other tenkara line holders on the market.
Line Locking Tabs
The spool has 8 tabs around the front rim that you can secure your line through with easy, plus you get the slits in the center foam to keep it extra secure if wanted. These tabs also give this spool an awesome look.
3 Thicknesses To Choose From
Regular (11mm), Thin (9mm COMING SOON), Extra Thin (7mm). Commonly Tenkara Line Holders are around 13mm to 14mm thick and hold less line than the Regular sized NIRVANA Line Holder and lack the awesome features you get with the NIRVANA Line Holder.
7 Locking Slits Around Foam Center
The center hole has 7 slits that you can use to secure your line through to make sure nothing comes unraveled in the bag.
Light Weight Foam Center Since the majority of the Tenkara line holder is made of foam it is very light weight. The foam center also makes it easy to write notes about your line right on the line holder with a fine point sharpe marker if desired.
Smooth Back For Easy Winding
The back rim of the spool is flat and smooth making it easy and fast to wind your line on without worrying about accidentally through the gaps of the tabs or slits. This is especially very useful on the extra thin size line holders.

Speaking only for myself, I prepare from 5 to 9 pre-rigged line/tippit/kebari combos before I leave the house. This gives me a variety of fly/line combos to choose from when I get to the creek. I put each combo into individual plastic bags that I store in my vest pocket. They weigh nothing. These Tenkara line holders work well except for the fact that they are bulky. I bought the large size because they impart less line memory. They have lots of slots around the edges where you can hook your line and a very nice bar across the center that allows you to hook your fly out of the way and yet still see it when you are finished. They are light weight.BUT...They don't fit into my little plastic bags. My other line holders are smaller, softer, and asymmetrical (so they don't roll away from you when you drop them). They don't have the bar to hook your fly on, but you can spear the side of the holder with the fly as the first step in winding your combo so that's not really a big deal.CONCLUSION...These are my 2nd favorite line holders. If I was to re-order them, I would try a small size. Oh, these are MUCH better than the plain rubberish ones.

These work great and saves time for my duel fly tippet setup. I put a tippet ring on my leader and a size 1 clip it on my tippet and bingo, your ready to fish.
