I was going in for surgery and would not be able to carry my furbabies on to the bed. My bed is kind of high, so trying to find something was a challenge. When I found this, which was the tallest I found at a really good price, I jumped on it. It comes compressed, so you do have to let it breathe to get to the full size. Its very easy to put together and my little guys and even the one big guy like it. None of them had any problems using it. It is really stable and the hard step pieces that you put in really help keep their shape and provide stability.

These steps seem to be well made. The foam is firm and supports our 11lb schnoodle well as she walks up and down the stairs. They keep her from trying to jump up or down off the bed which is way too high for her. The boards do stick out little and so they can be seen on the edge where the pocket is, but that is not a big deal to me. Great product overall!

I purchased the Niubya Dog Stairs for my Frenchies, hoping it would provide them with safe and easy access to high beds and couches. Unfortunately, I’ve found this product to be unsafe and poorly designed for pets, especially heavier dogs.#### **Key Issues:**1. **Inserts Are Not Durable:** The inserts that provide structure and stability for the steps are not secure enough. My dogs were able to chew through these inserts, which rendered the steps unstable and unsafe to use, particularly for heavier dogs like French Bulldogs.2. **Hazardous Zipper Design:** While the zippered cover is a nice touch for washing, its placement on the front side of the steps creates a serious safety concern. My dogs have been chewing on the zipper, which could lead to ingestion hazards or damage to the steps. Relocating the zipper to the back or another less accessible area would improve safety significantly.3. **Not Suitable for Heavier Dogs:** Even before the inserts were destroyed, the steps did not feel as stable as I thought I was purchasing. They are foam steps and are sturdy enough for my Frenchies, who are not excessively large but still require sturdier support.#### **Pros:**- The cover is washable, which is convenient for maintaining cleanliness.#### **Cons:**- **Unsafe for dogs:** The inserts and zipper are chewable and pose ingestion hazards.- **Unstable structure:** Once the inserts are damaged, the steps become unusable for heavier pets.- **Poor zipper placement:** The front zipper is an unnecessary risk for curious pets.#### **Final Thoughts:**I cannot recommend the Niubya Dog Stairs due to significant safety and durability issues. This product might work for smaller, lighter dogs who are not prone to chewing, but for heavier pets or chewers, it’s a hazard. Unless the design is updated to address the stability of the inserts and the placement of the zipper, this product is not worth the risk to your furry friends.

I was skeptical when the product arrived as it was vacuumed sealed and in no way looked like stairs! I followed the instructions and viola! it is just as pictured in less than 24 hours of expanding. The inserts for the stairs slide in and stay in place. My 16 pound Shiba Inu loves it and my 22 pound 16 year old cockapoo that had his ACL repaired and is arthritic has no problem going up and down on his own. The product is lightweight to move but does not move at all when the dogs use it. I also like the top stair feature it turns into a bed or smaller for stowing it when not using it. Good Job folks!

While this product seemed suitable, it ended up being entirely too small for my 12 year old dog. Works great for my tailless rescue cat though.

My kitty is 18. She loves this and it makes it easier for her to get up and down. Great product. Was surprised how easy it was to put it up right

My 13 year old Pomeranian Rescue dog was a little confused about it but the 5 Cats used it quite well. Love it.

We have a 14 year old dog (18 lbs) who has hip issues getting into our bed. The steps were too small and close together (not like a “normal†stair step). The steps were not high enough for our queen size bed.
