This worked for a little while but the clasp to connect the collar when put on a dog was very problematic. Sometimes it wasn't a problem but most of the time I couldn't open it to connect to the connector ring because it would bind on the tail end of the chain due to the clasp design. After about 3 weeks while walking my dog I went to give a little tug on my 30 pound dog and it came right off her neck leaving her to run free. Not a happy moment, luckly she came back after calling her a couple times. I would definitely not purchase this nor would I recomend it to anyone. Here are pictures of where the chain failed and my dog Daisy.

Great collar. Have a terroir mix that likes to pull when my wife walks him. this collar stopped it instantly. The barbs do not hurt the dogs. It just make it too uncomfortable for them to pull. The links take some effort to remove and replace to size the collar correctly but the build of the collar make me comfortable knowing it will not break or come off during the walks. Very sturdy.

pinch collar works good but Amazon did not deliver on time and was a day late. Prime is not worth paying for as this is not the first time they did not deliver as promised.

Works wonders, stopped the pulling, looks really pretty, and no sharp prongs. Easy to use. Great tool when all my others have not worked (slip, harness, Head-Halter, ECT.).Easy to get on and off; I liked the quick release.

It fits around his neck, but it’s way too clunky and heavy to work effectively. I can’t return it without driving 30 minutes to an approved drop off location (even though I live less than 5 miles from one, it’s not an approved drop off spot).I don’t see how any dog strong enough to wear this collar would have a slim enough neck for it to fit. It’s like they made a collar so heavy that only a horse with a neck the size of a chihuahua could wear.Boo.
