I ordered a pair of medium gloves on January 9th via Amazon and they were delivered on the 11th. However, the gloves had been mislabeled and the wrong size was sent. I contacted the customer service desk on a Saturday via email and got a response within an hour! They had identified a labeling issue and immediately sent me a replacement pair and let me keep the originals to donate to someone else. I received the correct size on Monday the 13th. That is what I call customer service!!! Will be doing future business with this company and will recommend them to anyone. The gloves are great, form-fitting and very well-made!

Gloves are a nice fit and good quality! But the customer service is top tier! Ordered a medium and they were too tight around the palm, reached out to them and had a Large pair the next day! Forever shopping with nocry!

Comfy gloves but they fit loose on my hand around the fingers causing them to not work very well with the phone. I have an iPhone and I wasn’t impressed or happy with the ability to use them with my phone. I have to get the touch just right and it only worked with my thumb.
