I was very impressed. Price and quality are great. I love that it has the carrier and that has the body alignment signs. It’s pretty think and grips well. Color also very cute, I got the purple one.

I love this mat. It's thin but thick enough to not have to have anything additional for my knees. It doesn't slip at all and very easy to clean. It has markings on it so you can kind of judge where to put your hands and feet. It's a great mat!

I was a little disappointed with the quality after reading the reviews. Most people said the mat was pretty thick and did not slide, but I disagree. When I did my first practice on this mat, I was uncomfortable because of how thin it was- it basically felt like I was on the bare floor. It’s very cute though and the little heart designs are the cutest. I just won’t purchase again due to how thin it is.

I've bought several of these, one at my mom's house for when I visit and others because oops I left them at the gym while lifting weights, argh. The texture of this has more grip than other mats I've used. It's thinner and somewhat harder than the thick cushy ones but I prefer that, it is easier to balance yet I still feel cushioned from the floor. I really like and use the alignment marks.

This mat is very firm so there is no sinking of the material when you are doing yoga. I did get some slipping though, with my hands. If you are doing fast paced yoga then you may experience some slipping especially with your hands and if you are sweating alot. The length was great for tall persons like myself. The design was useful in keeping you aware of your alignments. The color is true to the photos. The strap for the mat is a bit low quality and difficult to neatly secure around the mat after use, I don't like it. The thickness is average but because of how firm the material is , you don't feel pressure on your joints. Not a bad purchase.

I took up yoga a few months ago and began by using the yoga mats that the class gave to me. Overall, they were fine however I believe they were a bit too thin therefore I decided to buy my own. I was aware of spending too much money on a mere yoga mat, but having done a lot of research, I have finally decided that this is the one that I want, and I'm really glad I went for it because I've found the mat really comfortable to use, but without being so squishy meaning that I can balance on it and not worry about the standing poses or poses where I have to kneel on my knees which can hurt a bit. This mat is incredibly grippy, perfect for arm balances, deep stretches & inversions. It looks great too and I'd certainly recommend this mat to anyone who wants my recommendation. It's very light weight, and completely slip and sweat resistant- does not get really greasy. I love that it's eco-friendly and being an environmentalist myself, I really appreciate that the product that I am using is not hurting the planet. I also love the vibrant colours too, when receiving it, the mat is packaged really well. I have done lots of different exercises on this mat, and applied force, and the yoga mat still looks brand new and hasn’t thinned at all, maintaining it’s shape. When you use the yoga mat it is also really comfortable which reduces the likelihood of pain during exercise. Overall, I would recommend this yoga mat and it is comfortable, well packaged and great value for money.
