Roasted a 7lb prime rib and this pan was perfect! Nice size, rack included worked great. The handles could be a bit larger. For bigger hands they are a little small.

I like this roaster it is sturdy and works well for roasting large prices of meat. However, it does not clean up very easy, and the drippings stick to the pan leaving a stain once cleanened.

Cooked a turkey breast for Thanksgiving. I think a 12 pound turkey would work in this. Easy clean up.
