The carboys are of good quality, the siphon works, the air locks are average and the price was right. I can't complain

Great product and value for what your getting. My only complaint is the packaging for glass items is horrible. First shipment had one broken bottle and replacement shipment had two!! Come on, when will you learn!! Other than the hassle of returning, (Had to drive 18miles to nearest UPS store) I was very happy with the product itself.

If you look at all equipment you get, it would cost a lot more than there price. If your a beginner than this is for you.

All included parts have worked as promised so far, I'm using them for mead-making. The package did not inclue two of the sets of lids/bubblers/bungs, and it seems impossible to actually talk to someone through customer service. The only option given was to return the entire package, to then receive the lid sets when all of the exact same items were shipped back to me. A full return is too much of a pain, so I guess I'll just have to buy bubblers separately.
