I was really looking forward to receiving this item. I have gone through several siphons in the past 20 years of brewing beer. The first time I used this the internal plastic part broke. I have no idea how to contact the company for a replacement of how to fix it to make it better. I hope they read this a reach out. $50 trashed otherwise...

I am disappointed that not all parts were in the package. What happened to the quality assurance process, Stainless Steel Siphon Racking Cane and Carboy Clip, were not I'm the shipment.
