Purchased as a marker in a cemetery scattering garden. It’s sturdy and looks very nice and came faster than expected. It is not large and overpowering which is what I wanted. I’m a Prime member and it wasn’t on Prime but I happily paid the shipping. It was still a good value for the cost.I plan to coat it with an acrylic for weather protection before putting it out in the garden. All in all, very happy with this purchase and highly recommend.

The item was very nice initially. However, the design and lettering have all peeled and flaked off. It is meant to be placed outdoors yet is not built to last outside. I am disappointed because the item was not cheap.

I rarely ever write a review. But I had to for this item. It is so nice. Nicer even than I had hoped for. It has a nice quality look and the picture came out clear and lovely. It was packaged and shipped with so much care so it would arrive in tact. Even the little shepherd's hook it comes with was placed in a tube and then wrapped and taped on the ends. I would highly recommend this item.

It was well made. It took two weeks to get it. Very well packaged, but wasn’t in a box it was in an envelope. When assembling it put the end of the pole through the hole of the heart and run through… it took me a min to do it lol :-)I can’t wait to put it on my moms gravesite.

after one year, unfortunately, the picture and the lettering are starting to fall off. I am really sad about this and don’t really know how to fix it. It was great for about the first 8 to 10 months.Original review when brand new:I normally don’t write reviews, but this really is a great quality product, and it commemorates My Son’s death so nicely. I was impressed with the packing of this product. PVC pipe to protect the wire from bending, and really, really bubble wrapped. There are so many other products I receive damaged due to improper packing, but these folks really know what they are doing. I highly recommend this product.

It came well packaged since it had to go through customs which was a relief. (It got here about 5 days earlier than the last receive by date) I did see from another review that after being in the elements that the picture and writing began flaking off of theirs. To be proactive, I used a waterproof spray sealant for 3-4 coats as it did look like it could potentially flake off. This sealant means the piece is now more black than slate gray but I'd rather have it last. I had to thread it from the bottom (long portion) to get it on the hook but looks like it should stay. I've got it going through the middle of hard floral foam in a vase and it's the perfect height to stick out just above the flowers. Will report back if there are any issues with longevity.
