The Wrap Star 5/16" (8.1mm) prusik cords's construction featuring a HMPE core with braided polyester/Technora cover. Construction featuring HMPE core with braided Polyester/Technora cover. Features high heat resistance, a flexible cover allows efficient release of hitches and good knotability. Great abrasion resistance and good grip with firm round shape. TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Material: Cover = Technora/Polyester Core = HMPE. Braid: 24 carrier cover (2 strands per carrier) Cover/Core ratio=55/45 Cover % composition (Technora/Polyester) 8.1mm = 43/57

Up there with my favs. The 28" is perfect for a catalyst or other shorter hitch. Very compact with my rope wrench.The supple material has great grip but still releases, and holds up well.

Mein absolut liebster Klemmknoten funktioniert mit diesem Klemmknotenseil noch geschmeidiger. Das Notch Wrap Star ist zwar nicht EN zertifiziert, die Zertifizierung nach ANSI verspricht aber nicht weniger Sicherheit.
