I did not install this item. I returned it when I found a less expensive one elsewhere. Otherwise, it looks exactly like the original and would have bolted right on had I not decided to purchase the other one.

The part was the bolts out and bolted right back in, and the trailer was fixed

Bought a trailer with a Lunette Ring for a Pintle Hook setup, I hate those things. Too much slop, clunking and banging around back there. This was the perfect solution, super easy two bolt conversion. Now I can use the same 2 5/16†ball and draw bar that I use for my other trailers. I paid less than $60 here, locally the price was $150.

I went to install my new coupler in the channel on my trailer but it wouldn't fit. They put raised lettering between the bolt holes. I had to grind off the lettering to get it to fit in the channel. Also the lettering would have caused it to not tighten down properly. What good is is having the words behind the mounting channel where you can't read it anyways?
