It's a very deep blue. I bought it to go over my gnome's hat for Halloween. It fits perfectly. Great fantasia wizard hat, it's not the best quality but for the price it was exactly what I was looking for. The points on the stars aren't sewn down, I wouldn't use this for small children but it would fit most adults. This hat at spirit was 20 bucks

My 7 year old son loved this hat! It was perfect for his Merlin costume. It did fit me as well, but may be a tight fit for an adult with a large head. The blue material has a brushed texture similar to velvet, but is a more "plastic" like material that has just a little stiffness to it to make the hat stand up. The moon, stars and band are a shiny silver fabric but does not have the hologram effect that I see in the photo, which was preferable to me. All in all, a great inexpensive costume hat. Approximate measurements: 17.5 inches tall and 7 inch inside diameter at the base.

I bought this because my toddlers are obsessed with fantastia and particularly mickeys sorcerer apprentice part. They are 2.5 and 3.5 so I have spent my fair share of money on high quality Disney store dress up things just to have my little love nuggets destroy them so this was a cheap option. It is the quality you would expect for the price but if they tear it up they tear it up and I’m sure they will. We have had it for about 2 days and it has been worn and fought over basically the entire time it’s been with us. If you’re going for super nice gift quality this isn’t for you but if this is for play time or a costume work once this is the way to go. To be clear I have averaged size toddlers and it fits them both room to grow but fits. It’s for sure child size. I would say probably 10yr and under it would work for.

My son requested a wizard hat for whatever reason and I ran across this one while shopping for some other stuff. I ordered in on a whim since the price was right.It fits his 4 year old head perfectly. The material is slightly cheap, but it isn't paper by any means. I wouldn't throw it in the wash, but it would hold up to a clean up with a damp cloth or the like pretty well I think.This was a great addition to his dress up closet that didn't break the bank.

I wasn’t expecting much from these hats but they worked out pretty good. I got these for a birthday party and the kids loved them. I had no issues at all with these and they fit all the kids heads fine.

Truly surprised about the other high ratings - this hat is a terrible quality. The brim is covered in loose silver glitter that comes off with the slightest movement. It’ll do for my toddler’s Halloween costume but don’t expect it to last long. Will try to wash it to get all the glitter off before it spreads all over the house.
