This was a great tool as a first time mom for figuring out the correct temperature for bath time for my LO. I like how durable it is as my LO loves to play with it ones he’s it. It functions as both a toy and a bath thermometer. I also like that it will give the room temp along with it. I now use it for every bath time!

It is nerve wrecking giving your newborn a bath without knowing the temperature of the water. Baby was screaming during the first bath at home and after I ordered this and used it for the next bath at a temp of 100-101 he hasn’t cried in the bath since, he just needed the correct temperature so he was comfortable. I think the first bath wasn’t warm enough, but I didn’t want to bathe him in scorching hit water either. It just makes your life easier, it is good quality, cute, and once you start to fill up the water it automatically turns on and starts working. I ordered a second one as a back up incase this one gets lost or if we are traveling.

It seems to take forever and a day to read the temperature, and then the temp still keeps increasing and changing. It’s frustrating because I don’t want my baby to get burned by the bathwater being a few degrees too hot. I need a thermometer for the bath that reads the temperature accurately and immediately, or within 5 to 10 seconds… This takes forever.
