Just screw the speaker to the adapter and screw it back on your door or where you're mounting them to.

I used these in a 2010 elantra. It should fit several other years as well. I had to drill out the original riveted speaker mounts, I then cut off all the tabs on this mount and used silicone as well as self tappers to adapt this mount to the car. Worked out great.
