It’s ok it works but you really have to put extra work in to getting your mat as tight and skinny as possible and even then it’s iffy that the snap strap will stay put if you drop or too roughly throw your mat in the back of the car it might pop off. The idea is fantastic and the quality of the strap is top notch it just needs a little tweaking on the design and production end.

I have a 8mm (1/3in) thick mat so it’s not too thick and not too thin and this strap fits around just fine! Easy to store the mat in the car between classes without having to bother with straps or bags!

I don’t know about anyone else, but when I end a yoga class, I never want to be the last one out of the room. The social anxiety runs deep. This slap bracelet-style yoga mat thing is so useful. The process of sliding my carrying straps on is so much easier now, since I don’t have to worry about holding the rolled up mat together! I can just slap this thing on and walk out. No more worrying about being the last one out of the studio.It’s nice and thick, so I don’t feel like I’ll ever have to worry about it breaking. It seems like it’s good quality— it’s a rubber material, so I’d imagine it would stick well to a rubber or plastic mat.

This is a review of Numu Yoga Mat Strap Slap Band - Easy Snap On (PINK)

 This is a great idea for the kind of yoga strap that keeps the mat in a roll. It works pretty well on my very thinnest mat. I was disappointed that it didn’t work for my thick (1/2â€) mat — I had thought 20†would be long enough, but it doesn’t stay around that mat even when I roll the mat as tightly as possible. 
 While I like the strap, it wasn’t quite as easy to use as I had imagined (though no one has ever accused me of being dexterous). I had to make sure to lay it flat on the ground and flex it straight before snapping it around the mat. And having to lay it on the ground leads me to wishing I had ordered a darker color. I like the pink but even just testing to see which mats it would fit made it appear dirty. I was able to wash off the dirt, but I wonder if the pink will discolor easily with use. 
 I will continue to use this on my thin mat and no doubt I will become a slap strap snapping pro.

Ein schicker Gurt mit dem man ganz einfach seine aufgerollte Yogamatte zusammenhalten kann. Leider hält der Gurt meine Matte nicht so eng zusammen wie ich es mir wünsche. Aber es ist in meinen Augen immer noch besser als die Tragegurte
