This is my second time buying these. We used them for hazelnut, walnuts and different kind of lobsters. First time purchased they have lasted for 3 years, they did brake about 2 weeks and I repurchased again. For the price they work way better than other brands we tried.

We had to go to several stores and could not find a simple nut cracker... Finally I went on amazon and found just what I was looking for. Easy to use and perfect size. And the cost is reasonable.

I bought this for hand strengthening exercises, thus different purpose from intended. It does work fine for this, just not as much resistance (needed for strengthening) as I might have liked. However, for cracking nuts, it's probably fine.

This is the absolute best for cracking nuts. Very sturdy and does the job well. You also get nut pickers so you can crack and pick nuts all night!!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

I like this cracker. The arms are spring loaded making it more controllable and there is a semi-flat spot in each arm so the nut doesn't easily slip out and go flying across the room. I have lobster shell crackers but they're too big for pistachios. This was a good buy.
