Really good product. I've not had any problems actually blending ice (1.5"x1.5" cube) or frozen fruits at all. Just know that if something get stuck underneath the blades it might stop them from spinning but that is easy to fix. You also do not want to go over the max fill line as the blended ingredients expand.

Lets get straight to the point!Pros:-Worth every penny-super convenient-keeps your beverage VERY cold-does not need much ice-the power is the right amount needed to get the right consistency appropriate for a smoothie-CORD LESS-get the job done in less time; 30s to 1min dep, depending on your preference.-drink from the blender itself or switch out the covers. The non-blender cover allows you to choose between drinking from the lid or the straw portion.CON: ONLY 1-A HUGE design flaw is not having a proper COVER/SEAL for the charging port. PLEASE upgrade this feature! It is not a deal breaker for me, but this can seriously render the life span of your blender short if you are not careful. Customers should not worry about protecting the charging port when cleaning the blender; this should be included in the product.Look no further, so go ahead and make this purchase. you will not regret it at all.

i keep this blender at my desk at work and simply bring bnanas or other fruits with me so i dnt have to carry the blender back and forth. it is a bit heavy. blends everything well, charge lasts. Cons: Its hard to clean, not just the blades but also the ridges on the inside around the motorized top. normally this isn't a big deal just use a brush or whatever, but the location of the charge port is very inconvenient and almost impossible to clean this thing without getting water in the port. I don't understand why they put it there instead of at the top where the handle is. there is a tab that lifts and clicks closed and i have no idea what that's for, but it would seem this would be the logical location to place the charge port since the tab clicks closed. also, on the inside surface where the blades are there is a tiny little hole. whatever you blend gets into it and its impossible to clean it. so i think its going to start smelling and Im afraid water is going to get into this port eventually and damage the blender, so not sure how long it will last.

This is an awesome device! The motor is extremely powerful. I put sliced frozen peaches and strawberries, and it quickly chops up with no issue. I generally do 8 ounces of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, strawberries, peaches, spinach and sometimes I'll do a granola mix w/ oatmeal and it's off to the races! They dropped the ball on not having some type of seal for the USB C charger. I just make sure that when I'm rinsing the motor unit, I use my thumb to act as a seal to ensure no water gets into the charging port. I'm sure I've got a device around here somewhere that has a rubber seal that would fit that I can use. Had they done that it would have been 11 out of 10! I love the fact also, that the container is double wall and vacuum insulated so I don't have to worry about drinking warm smoothies which I absolutely hate! I got to the point where I was having to scarf it down so fast before it got warm in traditional containers. But this is the best because I can blend and be served from the same container!

Got me a new gadget and am loving it! This is a portable blender so you put everything in and blend it up. I usually put in Gatorade then fresh fruit and frozen blueberries then I put in some half and half or oat milk or yogurt, and some ice cubes.Blender base and drink cup are portable to take wherever, and drink from the same container. Clean up is a breeze. Just put water and some dish soap and blend it up, follow with clear water blend it up and done.It has a nice charging cord a straw and a separate lid if you don’t want to carry the blender base.I have tried the Hamilton Beach, BlendJet, Magic Bullet, and the Nutri Bullet beats everything hands down. I love it!! I will definitely bring on my next cruise or vacation and make my own smoothies. It chops ice nicely. Now… is it as good and smooth as my counter top Vitamix? No, but for a portable it comes darn close. I got on Amazon for $99.00.

In my opinion, this is a horrible design. The charging port is directly above the blade. This means that when you hold it down to wash the blade, you literally have to keep your thumb or index finger over the charging port to prevent any droplets of water from getting into the charging port. If you don’t and you allow water to get into the port, you will render the unit useless + you will void the warranty. Also, even after a full charge, the unit did not blend a frozen banana. Will definitely be returning this item as it is totally useless to me.

After reading the reviews and specs online I thought this might finally be a great option to take with me when I travel, especially for skiing and hiking. After receiving the blender and using it a few times I can honestly say it feels like more of a gimmick than anything and it isn't a real viable solution for travel. Despite what it says, the motor simply cannot handle any amount of protein or vegetable powder, ice, or frozen fruit or vegetables. It binds up even with half a scoop of protein powder or if it's filled halfway up with frozen fruit. Only way it works reliably is with soft items and lack of any kind of powder in it which makes it more of a hassle to use it for a travel blender. My hope was I could just stuff this in my bag, have some frozen fruit in a cooler in my car and be set, but it doesn't appear that will be the case.I do like that it charges by USB so you can take it with you anywhere you go and can charge it in the car or hotel room. It's also a pretty solid/well built product, but those pros don't really mean anything when the blender can't fulfill it's basic purpose and requires very specific loading requirements to yield the result you want.

Easy to use and portable. we use it to blend berries and protein powder with a little bit of ice.

The battery life is terrible. 5 stars of it lasted more than a few blends.
