This smoothies blender is convenient to use. You can travel with it easily. I use it occasionally as I have another one. I have not used it with ice cubes. Only with frozen fruits. Not sure it is powerful enough to make smoothies with ice or nuts.

It worked fine for all liquid drinks but it eventually quit receiving a charge and died. I replaced it with a model that had a better motor and now I can puree peaches to put in my vanilla protein shake.

I wanted a cute personal blender for my RV that would take up minimal counter space. This one coordinated with my decor and was indeed small but unfortunately not powerful enough to blend a basic protein shake. I filled the cup with 1/3 water, 4 ice cubes, 1 chocolate protein pack serving, and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Then topped it off with more water to the max level. It blends only the bottom part of the cup. The rest of the ingredients towards the middle to top part of the cup stay stuck and won’t mix. I even tried shaking it and blending again multiple times. It’s cute so I’m disappointed. But I’ll stick with my reliable beast blender. This one will only mix liquid and powders together. It will get hot before all the ice is crushed.

It’s exactly as described and for me with an 18-inch kitchen counter, it is ideal. I use it ever day and have enjoyed tremendously so far. I make sure to wash it immediately after use using warm not hot soapy water and dry it right away. It has stayed “new†that way. I have used milk, a little ice cream, lots of cut-up fresh fruit, yogurt, etc and whiz it around for just a few seconds and it is perfect. I just love it and I would highly recommend it for preparing one portion at a time.

This blender was smoking from the air vent and left black marks all over my kitchen bench. It was faulty after arriving really late. The electrical outlet points are not Australian standard either.
