Model with automatic setting is perfect for smoothies. Motor is very powerful, even though the base is a bit smaller than other blenders. Comes with full size blending attachment plus 2 different sized drinking vessels that, when inverted - attach directly to the blender with their blade attachment.Be aware that it’s very noisy and ear protection is recommended.Excellent value for the money.

I had a decent blender but wanted one that could really perform against clear cubes from my professional clear cube ice maker for margaritas. The Nutribullet performed better than what I was hoping for. The auto-sense is a nice feature. I used the smaller blender container to make two slushy - frozen margaritas. Filled the ice half way along with tequila, lime juice, and a little mixer and auto-sense took over. When done after 15-20 seconds - I had two+ perfectly smooth margaritas with no chunks of ice ! My girlfriend loves it for frozen fruit/almond milk smoothies. Don't buy cheap - you will be disappointed. This is really a very quality product worth the investment.

Excellent motor, strong chopping, blending, mixing ability.The only downside so far is the coupling gear on the base is made of plastic and is starting to chip and crumble, surely will break soon. Any reason not to make this little piece from metal? This is a high stress point, where the engine applies force to the blades. Who would make it from soft plastic?Seems to me it is designed to break, probably right after the warranty expires. Poor flawed design.

So I've been really into Ninja products, but after my previous blender from them died after a couple years I went to look at a newer model, and there was a reproduction warning on it... soooo yah. I found this blender. And I LOVE IT! It's powerful and quieter than my previous, the auto setting has worked extremely well. I would have to re-blend with a lot of different things I would make. This gets it right the first time. Great purchase!

Just what I’ve been looking for. I finally upgraded my Nutri Bullet after 10 years. This one is the perfect size. I can make my smoothies and also big batches of salsa!

This blender is the size of a normal blender. It looks great and feels as quality or better than my Vitamix. I just have to see how long the motor lasts.
