I bought these after returning another set of only 4, that were more expensive and had defects in all 4 pieces. These have a flawless finish, seem sturdy and are just the right size. They also hold up well in the dishwasher, although the concave bottom sometimes holds a little rinse water after dishwasher drying, not a big issue.

No problem with baking little Cobblers in the ramekins. They still look perfect after multiple uses. Perfect size.

These ramekins are great! My main use for them is food prep and holding condiments (think marinara sauce for pizza rolls). They are a wonderful size for these tasks. I recently baked an apple pie and had leftover crust and filling, so I used two of the ramekins to make mini pies. They did beautifully in the oven! They clean up well and stack nicely in the cabinet (a tad wonky, but none have fallen over).

One came cracked, but the rest are good and have helped up well. For how much I spent the one cracked one didn't both me much. I was surprised to see the one damaged because they had been packed very well.

I purchased these ramekins with the intent of using them for my food prep. I’m a big Mise en Place guy and love to have all my ingredients separated and ready to go when I make a meal. (Mise en Place -The preparations to cook, having the ingredients ready, such as cuts of meat, relishes, sauces, par-cooked items, spices, freshly chopped vegetables, and other components that are required for the menu and recipes ingredients measured out, washed, chopped and placed in individual bowls; and equipment such as spatulas and blenders prepared, and oven preheated.)These ramekins are perfect for keeping your ingredients and spices right there on the cutting board. The ramekins are oven safe and are perfect for single serving soufflés, quiches or other baked goods. I have used them to make egg bites.Quality is very good and they wash up very well. They stack very well inside of each other and don’t take up much room in your cabinet.For some reason my 4 year old granddaughter loves to play with them and puts all of her fruit, nuts and snacks inside of them. She grabs two or three of them when she comes to visit and put them on the counter.
