Great item for use as a dog treat on a daily routine. I mainly give one to my dog when he's in his own or crate. He is able to go through one in about 2 minutes or so.It's pretty dense and hard, it doesn't have that soft texture that would bend or break, but it's still soft enough for them to chew it.The "spike" area of the bone can help with scraping food or stains on the teeth, at least I think it can.It's hard to tell if it's working for the teeth solely as I use other things in conjunction with this product. However, my dog does seem to enjoy these chews and I've observed no adverse reactions from him digesting them.For reference, my dog is a Border Collie about 41 pounds. He's also considered a heavy chewer so these things are an easy snack for him.Another thing to note, there isn't any noticable smell with the chew as well. You can tell it has a meat smell if you really sniff it, but just touching it doesn't leave any lingering smell on your fingers.

the dogs love them. They are good size to keep the chewing going for a while. They dont shatter, into big shards. The dogs seem to have no problem digesting them and passing them.

My dogs turn down a lot of treats. But they love these. And I am glad to give these good-quality treats to them. I appreciate the change in product packaging. I thought the bag inside of a box was a bit wasteful. I appreciate just receiving the sturdy bag of treats with the zipper close.

It was in pieces in a few minutes. Very scary to see out dog chocking on it. Blood on his bed. We have purchased many items but this is not one we would recommend! Too soft breaks apart very quickly

These edible dental chews clean my puppy's teeth nicely and freshens his breath. He loves the taste and the nubby texture, but the chews don't last long. They're pretty easy for him to demolish quickly. He's still teething and is an aggressive chewer, so he has other tougher longer lasting chews, and I consider Nutri Dent more of a treat. Based on my puppy's size and weight I tried the small size, and the medium, and they're gone in minutes. So I got the "large/giant" size for dogs 30 to 50 pounds. LOL! he's a 9-pound shih tzu pekingese mix with a big mouth, and these are great for him (see my pics). So my advice is to get the chews that match the dog's mouth and how aggressively he chews, not his overall body size.

My Shiloh Shepherd loved it, for the entire hour and a half that it took for him to gnaw it down to choke hazard size.He’s not a particularly aggressive chewer, he just really liked it.

My dog absolutely loved this, it was gone within minutes. It was a good size but I wish it took longer to eat. Seems to digest well we had no issues the next day
