I received my cargo shorts and am thrilled with how they are made and how well they fit. So comfortable! The material is nice and light yet sturdy. I'm planning to buy more colors as these are my new go to cargo shorts for the hot summer temps.

I generally steer clear of elastic waist shorts, but these have a better fit than any others I've ever seen. I needed some light weight, but durable shorts for work. I work outside in the hot Texas sun doing pressure washing and cleaning windows. These are very light weight, but durable enough to handle the wear and tear of carrying tools, hoses, ladders, etc.The pockets are big enough for carrying my wallet and phone and anything else I need. Even with my phone in them the pockets don't fall outward and the weight of my phone or wallet doesn't pull the shorts down at all. The price on these is great too, more than half of what I was paying for other cargo shorts.

Overall, these shorts are well-made: Nice lightweight/water-resistant/quick-dry material, seams are well-sewn, decent sized pockets with zippers to keep your personal items handy & safe. But the waist in these shorts was about 3-4 inches too small for my "rectangle" body type.For reference, I'm 5'6", 160 lbs. and I usually wear a Women's Size 12/Large. I'm post-menopausal, so a bit thick in the middle (41" bust/38" waist/41" hips). I ordered these shorts THREE DIFFERENT TIMES, hoping to get the right fit for me.I first purchased the XXL, based on reviews recommending to size up. The XXL's were HUGE in both the waist & the hips. Definitely a no-go.Next, I ordered my normal size Large. The waist on these shorts was SUPER SMALL to the point of being uncomfortable, but the rest of the shorts fit really well. Close, but not quite right.Finally, I ordered the XL hoping that these would be "just right" since the waist is about 1.5-inches bigger (according the size chart). The waist fit comfortably, but the rest of the shorts was again TOO BIG. So disappointed.I really wanted to like these shorts, but unfortunately, they're all going to be returned. I hope this review is helpful to others.

Bought 2 pair. Very comfy. Very lightweight. I like that it has a zippered pocket for my phone or money. Would recommend.

When I first got these I took one look at them and was like, that’s not going to work, but decided to keep them just in case as a backup for a summer camp for kids I was helping out with. Turns out these were my go to that week, and had I had access to Amazon, I would have ordered more in different colors before the camp was even over. Cool, Light weight, quick drying, full coverage and pockets! Amazing pockets actually, not tiny useless ones that some other shorts I brought had. A friend of mine had the same shorts there and both of us left saying we were going to buy more for next year as they were way better than anything else we’ve tried before.

Waist elastic really strong and diameter of elastic a bit small compared to the width of the short, therefore kinda tight at the waist.Otherwise, I liked them.
