Apparently size 2X in China is equivalent to the US size 18-20. The shorts are comfortable, quick-dry, lots of pockets, strong fabric but not thick fabric, and constructed well. The sewing quality is good. The zipper drawstring ends in an ugly blob of black plastic which can be tucked inside the zipper or replaced by yourself (i.e., with a key ring or rawhide or whatever takes your fancy, even nothing). Most important, do be aware of the small sizing. I have learned to order 2X from anything made in China so that I can receive something that fits me as a size 18-20. That is how much smaller the shorts are made and how the sizing standard is skewed.

I have ordered 3 pairs of these shorts. They are light, cool and comfortable. The colors are great and have not faded. I feel they are true to size. I ordered a 4x and fit great. I definitely recommend these shorts.

Love these shorts. Quality material that's not see through, quickly drys, comfortable, and is true to size. I needed 4. They only had 2 colors in my size. I will continue checking often to see if they restock different colors in my size. That's how much I love them.

Runs a little tighter, would size up if you prefer a looser fit. Quality material, light weight, breathable and comfortable, washes well with no fading. They have deeper pockets that can actually be used. For what they cost, they’re well made and worth it.

I ordered these shorts for my Panama Canal cruise and specifically for the days I'd like to wade into the water but not go swimming. They dry quickly and fit nicely. But if you're going to order these shorts, order at least 1 size larger than you normally wear.
