I left my old beat up paddle behind at the lake last time out. I am actually not sad because this is so much better! Lightweight yet plenty stiff. Easily adjusted too.

Item came right on time. Well-made and light. Really like the extra features. Line grabber. Fish measuring scale. And the ability to change length and paddle position. Plus, a paddle leash. Great feel Just wanted to add to this review. I recently tried out several different paddles. Some owned by friends, and some purchased. I have got to say this paddle out shined them all. It was also half or a third less in cost than some of the others. It is light and tracks well. I am buying a spare.

I purchased this paddle for my husband who just purchased a wider sit upon kayak. He needed the extra length in the paddle since his seat sits up higher than in the old sit in. It has worked great, slices and makes it easy to navigate. Comes in 3 pieces so you can shorten it. Very lightweight too.

Very pleased with this product. I am 6’4†so I need a long paddle and if I ever let someone use the kayak it has several options for different sizes. And a great price.

Really the only complaint I have is my old paddle was made with a slight ovaling to help index the paddle in my hand. With the adjustability or manufacurability of carbon fiber of this one it might just not be possible and isn't a big deal.I'm running the RECON 120 and this is the right length for me fully adjusted outward. I'm 5'9" for reference.

First time kayaker. I like the light weight, easy to put together and pull apart. Would suggest adding a foam grip for comfort.

My boyfriend and I each have our own canoe. We've borrowed his brother's huge canoe in the past but prefer to use individual canoes, that is, when the weather cooperates. A regular canoe paddle can be somewhat heavy and why my boyfriend ordered a carbon fiber paddle we periodically take turns using, instead of a regular paddle. When I saw this OCEANBROAD Adjustable Carbon Fishing Kayak Paddle become available at the current price of $79.99 in several color choices, I knew we needed this for our second carbon fiber paddle. It's just as lightweight as our other one that my boyfriend ordered on Amazon 5 years ago for $150.00. The quality of this OCEANBROAD paddle is outstanding and so lightweight that it will be a breeze using this on the water. The white, laser-etched size markings are easy to read, and stainless-steel snaps allow you to lengthen and shorten the shaft to meet your needs. There are drip rings at each end. The asymmetrical blades can be set on 3 different angles and offer a more even water flow as you paddle. They even include a bungee paddle leash to help secure the paddle to your canoe or kayak. We were not sure what the "S" cut-out on one of the paddles is used for, so I sent an A.I. Amazon message to ask the seller. The quick reply provided an "Aha" moment: “It's used to hook or retrieve the fishing line during fishing.†Our neighbor across the road would probably enjoy using a paddle like this because he enjoys fishing from his own canoe. Now my boyfriend and I will each have our own carbon fiber paddle to use when the weather cooperates and stops raining so much.
