The price was a half to a quarter of the other suppliers of this motor that I could find online. The item arrived Wednesday after I had just ordered it Sunday night. Fast shipping and kudos to the shipper and the Post Office. Perfect fit runs fine. My car is a '98 Dodge van. When I was installing this new motor I plugged in the connector and turned on the wipers to test the motor before I put everything back together. It would not run! I had power to the connector so I thought "cheap part doesn't work". Well I was WRONG! Notice that this motor on this car grounds to the car body, this means that it will not run just plugged in it must be attached to the car body to complete the circuit. BOTTOM LINE is this is a great seller with a great part at a great price. Assuming that this motor lasts which I expect it will.

The part I received was correct for this vehicle but didn't work. After extensive testing it was determined the part was defective. Parts Player offered a refund, but wouldn't pay for the mechanic's labor, so I'm out that $150. Buyer beware--you're on your own re labor with them--I was so mad i didn't respond so I hope they did put thru the refund. And re the shipping charges I'm not sure yet who gets stuck with that. I get why they don't normally take responsibility for labor, but when you can provide extensive proof that the part was handled properly, that all other factors were ruled out, you produce an itemized mechanic's receipt, etc., then I believe some compensation should be offered.

Actuator screw is too long (about 3/8" longer than OEM part), causes the arms to hit the cover once installed. FYI... buyer is responsible for return postage as well!
