My old distributor was done for, I rebuilt it more than a few times over the past 19 years I've owned the truck and it was just time for a new one.This guy is pretty cool especially in the dark it puts off little sparks at idle and awesome spark show when you rev it up, and it's easy to install due to the fact that it deleted the 4 prong plug in the back of the OEM distributor.

It's hard to beat this product for the price. It's so much pricier to try to buy all of the new parts to replace a distribute system than to just buy this all-in-one. In addition, the clear distributor has the added functionality of being allowing you to see where your rotor is pointing. This is huge when you're trying to find top-dead-center and need to see when the rotor is pointing to cylinder one -- not to mention it looks bad@$$ cuz it's clear and cuz you can see the distributor at work, like lightning in a bottle. Will it last a long time? Time will tell. Mine is a year old and works fine.

I would have given it 5 stars but I needed it quickly and it was delayed twice which was both annoying and inconvenient but not the end of the world. Looks awesome and was packaged really well. I'd still recommend it but don't be in a hurry like me

I have a built 400 sbc in my 1984 Square Body Chevy I bought this distributor and installed it and the truck has never ran better

See my pics took me a minute to figure it out because I thought being new it would be good. Nope. Massively retarded and barely hits. Now I'm out 70 bucks because it's making my engine retarded. Springs are also super hard and way to safe

I bought this distributor thinking it would work great.. had many reviews saying how well it worked and only a few saying it was junk.. well after 20 minutes of idle time, I went to drive my 350 swapped Jeep and the distributer started missing.. since it’s clear I can see it’s not making spark to many posts. It’s unfortunate. Can’t even get a return since I through out the packaging:( for the $150 I spent on this it definitely was not worth it!
