Exact replacement for my under 2 year-old Whirlpool. If you're handy, and be honest with yourself, this is a pretty easy job. Dishwashers are light compared to other appliances and to do this job, you will need to flip it on its back.Getting the dishwasher out and back in with the waterline, discharge hose, and power cord having to be removed and reinstalled, will be the worst part of the job. The swap out is simple. You'll need some hand tools. My dishwasher stopped pumping, so I took the original pump out to see if that was the problem. It was. The permanent magnet on the impeller was cracked in half and binding so the impeller couldn't spin. Crappy design, but fortunately relatively cheap and relatively easily to install. Don't blame this part if it does not work after installation. It's the OEM pump.

Item arrived quickly, and was easy to install. It also came with a wormgear clamp in addition to the crimp clamp. Plugged the dishwasher back in and it is back in business!

After 7 years of use I had to replace my circulation pump (or wash motor) for my Whirlpool dishwasher (model WDF330PAHS1). It is an OEM part and fit perfectly into this model. Even it is exactly the same brand that I had originally in my dishwasher (Brand: Askoll, Model: W10805386).The issue that I had was that my dishwasher filled with water but after that it stops and does not start with the cycle at all. Sometimes you could heard some noises coming below were this pump is located. After doing a lot of research over internet with these symptoms I found that 99% of this issue is caused by a failure of the circulation pump (or wash motor) and must be replaced.I recommend also to watch videos in YouTube on how to change the circulation pump (model W10805386).The procedure is not complicated and in my case it was done in less than 30 minutes! Please be aware that this circulation pump comes with OETIKER hose clamp. After installing the pump you will need a clamp pincher to tighten it and regular pliers won't work! So in this case I recommend to buy the "Tnisesm 9 inch Single Ear Clamp Pliers, Pinch Clamp Pliers, Ear Hose Clamps Tool, for Automotive Nail Puller Single Ear Hose Clamps Pliers" available here on AMAZON also. In YouTube you can watch videos that explain how to use this tool with the OETIKER hose clamp (NOT complex at all!!!)Also, a final recommendation is that when you change the circulation pump, also change the Dishwasher Pump Grommet to avoid leaks specially if you have many years of use (as in my case). For the Whirlpool dishwasher model WDF330PAHS1 the Dishwasher Pump Grommet is the part number WPW10538166.Now I am back in action with my dishwasher! Excellent replacement and recommended product!Buy it safe and with no worries at all!

Ordered on August 10, 2023 and installed. On January 13, 2025 it stopped working. 1 year and 5 months. I got to pay $5 a month rent for the OEM part - then add recurring labor and down-time. Don't count on quality and dependability. You'll get about the same quality, dependability, and lifespan with a less expensive knock-off. I'm very disappointed with this purchase; I expected much better when I paid the inflated OEM price.

Bought this to replace a malfunctioning pump in my Whirlpool dishwasher. I watched a quick video that shows how to replace this exact model. My washer had enough slack to where I was able to pull the unit out and lay it on it's side without disconnecting any lines or electrical. Replacing the pump is pretty straightforward, just like in the video. Be careful using any tools to remove the pump from the rubber grommet on the dishwasher. The rubber is soft and it seems that it would be easy cut or puncture the grommet. I also bought the recommended clamp pincher tool but it turns out that was not necessary. The pinch type clamp is preinstalled on the rubber elbow but a standard type worm gear clamp was also in the box if you'd rather use it. I used the pinch type since I bought the tool and it was already on the elbow but I could have just saved the $10 for the tool. The pump was an exact fit and my washer is operating normally again. The entire job took about one hour.

You don’t necessarily have to replace everything. I was able to push in one spot and rotate to just get the motor off of the original dishwasher part and then put this on.Have to remove the dishwasher, but fixed our problem of not washing the dishes and having a problem mid cycle.Original one only worked for just over two years outside of # Warranty
