We still have this chair 6 years later! My husband uses it as his gaming chair and it’s super comfortable and sturdy. He likes the ergonomic design. We would buy this again if we had to.

Well, we had it too far assembled to package it back up to return it. But, on the left hand side of the seat (while sitting in it) there’s an incomplete stitching; leaving about a half-inch opening in “the cornerâ€. And on the right hand side (again, while sitting in it) the upholstery was unfinished for the bolt holes for the backing of the seat; the back rest. So, I had to use a fresh blade of my box cutter to create openings for the bolts. The stuffing of the backrest created an issue finding the holes in which to pass the bolts. I’m not saying it was a catastrophe, but it was so frustrating that I chose to remove the armrest, attach that to the backrest FIRST, so I could do it on the floor instead of trying to match the holes while holding the backrest up in the air. Anyway, I’m pretty satisfied with the overall quality of the chair, but highly disappointed with the quality of the pre-manufacturing. Also, was this chair created to be the “platform†for a vibrating backrest? There are extra screws and a wire hanging down along with a “plug-in†hand-held button.

I got this chair for my new office space in hopes that it looked padded enough to sit for long hours. I broke my tailbone when I was younger, so it can get painful for me to sit for long periods of time. The cushion is only adequate, I ended up having to add a seat cushion for use of any longer than a couple of hours. The chair also is sat back at a slightly awkward angle, and I'm unable to reach my keyboard properly if I relax all the way back, and it sadly isn't adjustable for this. Otherwise it is a decent chair and gets the job done, though I will probably have to purchase a more expensive one in the future to help with these issues.

This will be my third and final purchase of this model of gaming chair from this manufacturer. The fabric, upholstery, and design of the chair are fine except for a gas lift which lasts only 3 months or less on the average. The poorly designed base tube and lift mechanism wrenches the air lift so tightly inside them that none of the suggested and commonly used tools will remove it for replacement without damaging these two parts. The manufacturer should either redesign the base tube and lift mechanism to allow for easier removal of a failed air lift or they should package two each base tubes and two each lift mechanisms in each package to allow the customer the option of extending the life of the chair instead of contributing to increased amounts of office chair landfill waste due to failed air lifts. The three month warrantee expires too soon or at the end of the life expectancy of the air lift when all three parts would be needed to fix the chair. To be fair, that warrantee should be for at least six months.Update: I recommend purchasing a better quality gas lift instead of using the inferior quality stock gas lifts that comes with these chairs. Out of the four chairs of this type that I have purchased from this seller, only the last two are working perfectly with their new higher quality gas lifts that I purchased separately. The first chair only lasted for 18 months or so due to its failing stock gas lift and upholstery deterioration. The second chair had a failed gas lift that could not be removed and replaced because of the designs of the base tube and lift mechanism. I was able to repair this chair by using a two-piece 1-1/8" axle clamp to hold the lift shaft at my preferred height so, it works out perfectly now. For the this price and the price of the better gas lift and or a two-piece axle clamp, it can be a good chair that will last for the next two years.

I really enjoy this chair. The assembly process is easy and the chair even comes with spare screws (I didn't get any spares with a more expensive one that I've tried). For comfort, the chair is great. It balances between comfort and firmness to offer a comfortable sitting experience, even for long gaming sessions. It also feels sturdy. The only downside is that you can't adjust the armrests but it's forgiveable for a chair of this price.It's a amazing chair and, for the price, it's worth every penny!

This was super easy to put together. I noticed one review video the person struggle with the wheels. I too struggled but the wheels just need to insert at an angle and they will click into place. I highly recommend anyone needing an office chair on the budget friendlier side. The price is great, the chair is great, the speed of delivery was great ðŸ‘ðŸ¼

This is a wide comfy chair which I’m using as an office chair. It does lean back quite a bit, and when I did lean back all the way, the arm broke. The weight limit is 250 pounds, and I am 240 pounds, which may have contributed to the break; however, I immediately notified the seller and within a couple of days a new arm had been delivered. Very pleased with this exceptional service. So while the back does lie back fully, I wouldn’t recommend it as you could break the arm. Someone reviewing this product said that there was nothing to stop the back from leaning all the way back, but that’s not true, there is a lever that you pull out and then push back in to set the bag at the desired angle.So I will just be careful not to lean all the way back anymore. But otherwise, this is a great chair, and you can’t beat the price. The value is very good.
