Bought this chair because it’s wide, has a footrest and a back/headrest optional support that vibrates. It leans back far, has a comfy seat and allows someone like me who switches positions and likes to sit with crossed legs sometimes. It’s good quality, easy to put together (I did it in 30 minutes or so and I’m a girl) and looks good. Mostly I’m writing this review because during the delivery the top part of the back cushion was punctured and rather than returning I reached out to their customer service. They were responsive, understanding, and worked with me to sort out the issue. Would buy again.

No photos, sorry. But it looks just like the photo above. About me: I'm 6'4" tall and weigh 270#. I have a 52" chest and 42" waist. NOT a small person at all.Immediately, this chair was so easy to put together. From the time I dumped it all out on the living room floor to sitting in it at my desk was about 7 minutes. I, of course, have a hex driver set that I use in my drill, which really saves a lot of time.I had ordered new "upgraded" castor wheels for my old chair because I thought the ones on it were breaking. Turns out one of the legs had broken. And twisted. Hence the new chair. But also, I cannot comment on the castors that come with this. The seat is plenty wide for my big bottom. It has an odd sort of contour to it, I guess for reasons, but it's not at all uncomfortable. I would mind if the seat was another inch or so deeper. I suppose I could just flip around the metal part that holds the seat back on... but my tools are all put away. The arm rests are a perfect height for me... slightly lower than the top of my desk (29-1/2") with the chair all the way up. The padding is soft and cushions my elbows nicely. The seat back is plenty wide. When I recline back, I feel secure and nestled in. Of course, I'm waiting for one of the legs to break, so that's a thing. The foot rest is a thing. It wasn't a huge selling point for me, and it holds the weight of my legs just fine. This is on me, though: I didn't realize this chair doesn't rock. Cr@p. I'll adjust to it, but I do like being able to recline back a little bit without fudging with levers and stuff. I'm not gonna bland the chair or the company for that though.. this was my oversight. I would have passed on this had I read more carefully.Having said that, this is a great chair so far. We'll see how long it lasts.

Once I bought a gaming chair.between the arms, there's space to spare.a large adult, I am not small, yet my legs don't touch the arms at allThe chair has a moveable leg rest.It really makes this chair the best.It can be hidden, tucked out of sight,Or pulled all the way out, just right. It reclines really far backIt nearly gave me a heart attack!I locked it in place to prevent that again, and then I took the chair for a spin. The color is great, a nice teal-ish blue,It really is such a wonderful hue.it is sturdy and came together so easy,easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy!The only complaint I make tonightthe center lines don't line up right. It's only aesthetic and not a big dealbut a slight annoyance, not a reason to squeal.I give it five stars, and would give it more! And I didn't even have to go to a store!Lest you think I'm just putting on airs,You really should consider this chair!!Ok Ok, In all seriousness, I really like the chair. As stated in my poem, I am not a small adult. I read a review for someone about the same size as myself and they commented that there was room for them. and there is!! The chair is quite comfy to sit in, even without reclining it.I will be honest, I bought the chair despite the massaging pad. It really is just a slight vibration. But I knew I was not going to be using the pad much anyway. I have it stored on my shelf near my desk. I might pull it out on occasion, but it was not a feature that I absolutely needed for myself! The center lines not matching up is just aesthetic and makes no difference, but It is a slight bother to me. Not enough to drop a star or anything.I was surprised that the chair just rests on the base. The legs have the gas cylinder resting in it, and then the cylinder slides into the bottom of the chair. It doesn't seem like it is going to be a problem, but I set the chair up downstairs and had to be careful how I transported it upstairs. The chair was put together really quickly. I don't know exactly how long it took me, but I was able to put it together in between bench press sets with my husband. My streamer son approves of the chair.Would definitely consider this chair again.

Bought this chair as it was reviewed well, and didn't seem as cheap as some other ones on amazon.First thoughts when it arrived was that the box was quite heavy. This chair definitely has some weight to it, which I think is good. Assembly was reasonable, instructions and hardware are decent.Overall quality of the material and stitching seems good to me. I didnt notice the red stitching in the picture when I ordered. I think it looks sharp. It's a good size, it is very wide. (I'm a 220 lbs guy, and I have lots of room.) The arm rests are not adjustable, because they "swing" with the chair when you tilt it back, but the are at the right height for me anyway. The tilt back can be locked at any angle.I've sat in it for a few hours now, and it is very comfortable. The vibration function is a bit cheesy, I don't think I'll use it very often.Cons:-Could use a neck pillow like I see in similar models. Not a deal breaker though- the USB cord for the vibrater doesn't seem long enough to get to the computer. I don't plan on using the vibrater often, so again, not a big deal. I guess you could buy an extension if needed.- the footrest is not very sturdy. I curled up on the chair, and had a bit too much weight on one side of the foot rest, and I did bend the bracket a bit.

I am so disappointed. WORST chair ever. The product description is completely different. They give you an impression that you are buying a good quality chair and for that I paid extra price.>> Does not recline. There is a manual lock either you go all way back or all way front>> Worst manual instruction sheet. One paper sheet was slipped that got stuck with tape.>> Cushion quality is so bad. Chairs less than $100 has better cushion quality.>> Should have given screws inside a plastic bag instead of worst quality packaging. Took me even time getting screws out of box>> Foot rest instructions are so confusing. It says front but when you screw you have to do it the other way>> Height is so small when fully pushed upwards>> Most importantly, it does not feel like you are sitting on a comfortable chair. Arm rests are too far apartA bit of advice for manufacturer. Dont put all your efforts in just styling. Try to improve chair structure and quality of your cushions. Please it is very hard after purchasing something to de-assemble and return it.

I have only had it for a few days but so far it's a pretty decent chair. Not too difficult to put together and has some weight to it.I like that the chair has a high back and the foot rest is a nice feature. the vibrating part of the neck cushion is kinda useless. The chair is comfy but is on the hard side, I did find my butt got a little sore from sitting on it for the day at work. debating on a seat cushion to soften it a bit. Overall not a bad purchase. Whether it's worth the price on here could be argued on both sides.
