I love when things go as easily as I expect. The old wheels were all jammed up with cat hair, after years of use, so weren't rolling well. Rather than try to clean them (which seemed impossible after looking at them), or buying a new chair, I found these wheels. The old ones came off pretty easily, and the new ones popped right on. Good for another several years, I think!

The original wheels started breaking. We were looking at new chairs but then found these. A much less expensive solution. They were easy to install and are a higher quality than the ones they replaced.

I am very pleased with these, especially given that they were among the least expensive ones that I could find on here.I was looking for something heavy duty as I am quite heavy and they say they hold up to 1100 lb. At 265 lbs, I should have no problems!They look exactly like the wheels that were on there before. It took 2 minutes to change them out. These new ones are so much quieter and roll beautifully. Hopefully they will last a good long while.

This product has been delayed by delivery person 4 times and then after making several phone call and requests, he delivered on the 4th day which is 2 days after the delivery time. He is very bad and putting the comments as customer did not answer the call. I called to complain about him, but no action taken.Other than delivery, the products looks like an old one. It seems like it was used before. So much dust, not so black. But its ok, wheels are fine. fitting is great. Overall, I dont say its a good product, it does its job.

Bought a roller computer chair off Facebook market place, the chair wheels wouldn’t even move properly because of all the hair and dirt wrapped up in them (so gross). These wheels click perfectly into the chair and work amazing. Durable, tons of mobility and clean looking. Didn’t have to throw the whole chair out, just replace the wheels!
