The Ofuray OF-5600W Solar Street Lights are amazing! These lights are incredibly bright (560,000 lumens!) and perfect for my outdoor space. They’re solar-powered, so they save energy, and the dusk-to-dawn feature works flawlessly. I love the remote control and motion sensor—it’s so convenient and adds an extra layer of security. Working great for the kids soccer field we have in the backyard. Easy to install and good light output. We bought 3 more to put on the other corners but just got one at first to see if it actually worked before we bought the others.

Was surprised by its size. Charged it for approximately 6 hours, had cloud covered sky's the next 3 days, light held the charge the entire time. Has 3 timer modes where it will stay on continuously, then revert back to default, which is dim, then bright when motion is detected. Personally, I would prefer the light out until motion is detected. That way the charge would last even longer. But that's not a deal breaker for me. Overall happy with this purchase.

It doesn't work like it says it should!~ I have an issue with the Solar Light I purchased, so I called Amazon but they told me to get ahold of the company "Ofuray". I messaged Ofuray through Amazon and Ofuray told me they will send me a refund or a new Solar Light. That was on February 2, 2025, I still have not heard anything from Ofuray, and it is now February 28, 2025. Can someone find out what is going on? I don't want to have to write a bad review of them, but if they are blowing me off I will! They sold me a piece of junk! I want compensation for this inferior Solar Light I purchased.

This is a good light. For starters, it is very well built. Overbuilt, in fact. For as huge as it is, there is no flex anywhere, everything looks tight and well-sealed. The light has 2 settings. One is a basic dusk/dawn type deal, normally off, then comes on at night. The other is motion-sensing, except in this setting it doesn't turn off, but dims down to 20% when there's no movement. It comes with a clever remote, which turns the light on and off, modulates brightness and switches modes. The light can be mounted on the wall or on the pole, with a bunch of included hardware. Unfortunately, so far the light output has been meh.To be fair, the first thing the instructions warn you about is that it needs to be fully charged under the sun. Seeing as it's the dead of winter in the northeast, that might take a while.Speaking of... The instructions are a whole separate bundle of joy. I've seen my share of ridiculous translations, but this isn't your typical off-putting made-in-China drivel. These are almost whimsical, and borderline highbrow, including such pearls as "An organism, such as a dog or a cat, passes by", or "The person is at rest". The entire troubleshooting table (referred to as "Points mistaken for faults" - how cool is that?!) is broken into three sections - "Phenomenon", "Rationale", and "Counter-measure". I don't know if these were written by an astrophysicist, but I love it.So, I'll give it time to fully charge, and if it is as bright as it claims to be, I'm switching to 5 stars. If not, I'll just repurpose it or something. That solar panel alone is big enough to power a small country.

I ordered this solar street light, and I have to admit, I underestimated just how powerful it would be. My original plan was to set it up in my backyard, but it quickly became clear that the brightness would be overwhelming—and likely a nuisance to my neighbors. Instead, I decided to install it along the path leading to my house, and it ended up being the perfect solution. The light easily illuminated my entire 100-foot path, providing excellent coverage.The brightness this solar light offers is impressive. It delivers a 6500K daylight white light that feels more like daylight than typical outdoor lighting. The 45-degree design is smart becuase it allows to cover a wide area, and I noticed it lit up not only my path but a significant portion of my yard as well. This is ideal if you have larger spaces. The 3400 sq. ft. coverage seems to live up to the claim.On initial impression, I was overwhelmed by the size of this light. It's huge! I installed it on a metal post that I dug 4 ft undderground (below the freezing line in my area). Actual installation of the light was relatively simple. Just make sure you have a spot that receives full sunlight throughout the day. In my experience, the solar panel recives about 9 hours of sunlight during summer, and lasted all night long without any issues. The fact that this operates solely on solar power, with no electricity bills, is a huge plus. It’s an energy-efficient choice that doesn’t sacrifice performance.One of the features I liked most is the remote control and intelligent modes. I opted for the dusk-to-dawn mode, so it automatically turns on at night and shuts off at sunrise. I disabled the motion sensing mode for now, as it switches to full brightness when someone approaches, then dims down when no motion is detected. You can also control the brightness and set timers for 3, 5, or 8 hours. I think this is going to be useful when there's less daylight and want to conserve battery power.Durability was a concern for me due to its size. In terms of its IP67 waterproof rating, it was able to withstand heavy rain, and I haven’t had any problems with its performance. Will see how it performs in snow and harsh winter. I also don't know how the battery will perform overtime. It's not replaceable, which is always a concern from a durability and evironmental perspective. I guess till will tell.Overall, the Ofuray light exceeded my expectations. While it was too powerful for my backyard, it’s a fantastic option for larger spaces. If you’re looking for a super bright, wide-angle solar light that’s easy to install and energy-efficient, this one is definitely worth considering.

Besonders positiv fiel mir die Vielzahl an Funktionen auf, die diese Solarlampe bietet.Die Lampe nutzt 324 superhelle 5054 LED-Lampenperlen, die eine wirklich starke Helligkeit bieten. Im Vergleich zu anderen Solarlampen, die ich zuvor ausprobiert habe, hebt sich diese hier deutlich ab – sie ist wirklich heller und bietet eine großartige Ausleuchtung für größere Flächen. これまで使用していた照明は暗く、電気代も気になっていました。この商品はソーラー式で工事不要、しかも非常に明るいということで、試しに購入してみました。設置は本当に簡単で、説明書を見ながら数分で完了しました。明るさは期待以上で、以前の照明とは比べ物にならないほどです。暗くなると自動で点灯し、人感センサーでさらに明るくなる機能も便利です。電気代もかからないので、節電にも大きく貢献してくれそうです。耐久性にも期待しています。

カーポートの南側の屋根の下に付けて使っています。車の乗り降りする場所とは若干離れているのですが十分すぎるほどの光量があるので大満足です。雪の影響を考慮した位置にしたため、直射日光が当たる時間が短いのを心配していましたがバッテリー切れにならずに使えています。

We use solar lights to illuminate other areas like where the forest opens up and wildlife come and go etc. We love solar for this reason.We ordered this 2800W Outdoor Solar Street Light to help light up the top of our driveway area. This light has done a great job at doing this.PROS:✅ Incredibly bright. (However, as others have mentioned, I do not believe it is over a quarter million lumens as the listing states. That would be blinding if you were anywhere near it.)✅ Large but relatively lightweight. Rather sturdy for a plastic body.✅ Remote control is SUPER convenient. You have to be close to the light to use it but unlike other solar we have where we have to get on a ladder to adjust the most basic settings, this makes most things so much easier.✅ Battery life has been fantastic. BUT, we let it fully charge for 2 days by facing the solar panel side of the light up at the sun during the day before actually installing. (We had full sun without a cloud in the sky so 2 days and the batteries were charged.) We learned to do this years ago with one of our first solar lights -- always fully charge the batteries in direct sunlight for 2-3 days before turning the unit on for the first time.~~~~~~CONS:Non. (As always, if any arise, I will come back and update this review right away.)~~~~~~SUMMARY:My phone is in for repair so once I have it back I will take some pictures or video of the light at night so you can see for yourself.In the meantime, it is highly recommended for *brightly* lighting up a large area for short amounts of time, or lighting up that area with 50% light for a longer amount of time. It is especially great at just using it as a security light to go off when it detects motion and have it brightly light up a large area. (It does this really well and scares off critters as well as one vehicle that was driving up our driveway shortly before midnight. The light turned on and the van suddenly started reversing away.)I hope this helped.
