I just got this today so I can’t speak to the longevity of the gold lasting without oxidizing or peeling, BUT the magnet on this is SUOER strong. I have two of these necklace clasps from another brand that cost three times as much, and these are just as strong, if not stronger. Yes, sometimes your necklaces still get tangled and yes, sometimes these are heavy enough to float to the front of your neck instead of staying in the back, but that’s gonna be true for any of these, just like it is for any necklace in its own. These ones are totally worth the money, and compete easily with the more expensive ones I own.

I bought this back in October and I really liked the product it was very sturdy magnet was really strong and helped keep my necklaces in place. The finish never wore off or rusted but only recently did the magnet break and I’ve only had it for about 4 months. I was surprised at how fast it broke given the quality when i first received it

Easy to put on and easy to remove from your neck. Chains don’t get knotted. You don’t have to remove each chain separately.

As someone who loves to layer necklaces, I really wanted these to work but the clasp is very flimsy and literally broke the first time I went to open it to attach my necklace. The magnetic part works great just not the clasp where you attach your necklace to. I bought it in both silver and gold but Don’t waste your money they are very cheaply made and I don’t expect them to last much longer. So instead of layering 3 necklaces I’m currently only able to layer two and one clasp is about to break too. Will continue to look for a better option.

The magnet is extremely strong, I have worn necklaces with this clasp, while doing extreme sports, sleeping, showering. So c9nvenient to just clasp it together reiterate the magnet, it avoids me fiddling too much with the clasps!

These necklaces are very important to me and they kept getting tangled. With this product it helped prevent less of that. My only complaint is the clasp is a bit heavy so you do need to adjust it at times and they still get tangled at times but I just adjust it within minutes because of the magnetic clasp. Instead of fussing with the stupid other ones that sometimes you need help with. I give it 4 stars just because the heaviness of the magnetic clasp but everything else is fantastic.

Works as intended however, I find it's too heavy and I end up with my necklaces up at my throat so I'm constantly pulling them down, which is less hassle than detangling them I guess
